Cleaning and Maintenance

- Use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth to dust your furniture regularly.
- Do not use bleach, ammonia, or any harsh chemicals, as they may damage the finish or the wood itself.

Weight Limits and Usage

- Do not exceed the weight capacity of each product to maintain its longevity.
- Avoid dragging or pushing furniture when moving it; instead, lift it to prevent scratches or stress on the joints.

Preventing Mold and Mildew

- Wipe any spills immediately to prevent moisture from seeping into the wood.
- In humid climates, consider using a dehumidifier to keep moisture levels under control.

Personalize

Step 1: Receiving offers from customer

Customers will provide information regarding the dimensions, design, materials, and colors they want.

Step 2: Conducting

Grivon will proceed with product manufacturing.
It will take 10–15 days depending on the complexity of the product.

Step 3: 1st check

Send the customer a preliminary inspection through images and videos provided by Grivon.

Step 4: Finish touches

Make adjustments and finalize the product according to the customer's feedback.

Step 5: Final check

Send the customer the completed product for inspection through images and videos.

Step 6: Packing and Sending

Package and ship the product.
Estimated delivery: 3–4 days depending on the location.

Return & Refund Policy

We only ship within the United States. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will not be processed.

Returns

We accept returns for defective products only. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at Support@Grivon.shop. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at Support@Grivon.shop if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday to Friday) are usually processed the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
